After soft openings on Nov. 30 and Dec. 1, Argenta Seafood Co. will open to the public on Dec. 3 at the corner of 6th and Main Streets in downtown North Little Rock. The restaurant is the latest project from Brian and chef Eric Isaac, who also own and operate Ristorante Capeo, down the block at 425 Main St. As its name suggests, seafood is the main idea: A complete menu, found on www.arseafood.com, lists sole, salmon, red snapper, paella, mahi-mahi, ahi tuna, swordfish, bouillabaisse, shrimp, scallops and lobster tail as entrees. For the aquatically disinclined, the menu also offers prime rib, filet mignon and roasted chicken. But, c'mon, this is Argenta Seafood after all, and accordingly, you'll also be able to get Arkansas caviar, conch fritters, black mussels, little neck clams and octopus.
