What's Cooking, May 28

Late-night dining and drinking just got a little better in Little Rock. For the last month or so, Salut, the casual fine dining restaurant in Prospect Place (just off University, near Cantrell), has been taking advantage of its Class B private club status. From Wednesday through Sunday, it's staying open until 5 a.m. A limited menu — hamburgers, cheese fries, chicken wings and the like — is available, as of course, is a full bar. The restaurant sells club memberships for $5. Otherwise the restaurant serves lunch 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. Mon.-Fri. and dinner 5 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Wed.-Sun.
