Sufficient Grounds in Hillcrest is no more, at least in name. The restaurant and coffeehouse has officially changed its name to Laughing Moon Cafe.

Acadia, the upscale Hillcrest restaurant, has unveiled a new menu, including a first course of crawfish and mushroom bread pudding and entrees like sauteed shrimp and banana curry and pan seared duck breast with bacon orzo pasta.

Correction: Bridget Shuffield, owner of the Farmer's Daughter Cafe in the Cox Creative Center, said the Times was provided inaccurate information for an item published last week that said the cafe may close. Shuffield said her partners, Susan and John Allen, have not lost money on the enterprise and are still her partners. She also said the Main Library, which operates the Cox Center, “has told us they want us to stay here” and has offered to help with advertising costs for the next three months.
