Mike Selig’s Vermillion is now offering cocktail parties, receptions and private dinners on the rooftop of the Capital Commerce Center. Ac-cording to a news release, there’s no extra charge to use the rooftop space, which is open to groups from five to 50. leads the River Market Cooking Club on Saturday, Sept. 13. The monthly demonstration is held in the third floor of the River Market. For $10, payable upon entry, participants get to watch Smith prepare some signature dish and ask ques-tions about the preparation. Post-demo, there will be sampling.
