So Restaurant Bar at 3610 Kavanaugh Blvd. has a new menu out. So? Well, get this: The kitchen has reworked the halibut and Florida snapper dishes, from skillet to sauce, and added to the menu braised short ribs, bone-in pork chops, Cornish hens, a hearts of palm dip and a different cheesecake every day, which a spokesman said is “going over very well.” Lunch and dinner are served every day; breakfast is served as well on Saturday and Sunday. Choo Choo Steam is the new incarnation of Man Ho Cha's Choo Choo Cafe, formerly located in a gas station on Maumelle Boulevard. The restaurant, which will serve sushi, barbecue and sandwiches, should open in January at 400 Louisiana St., a spokesman said.
