The New Argenta Development Group is working with Nabholz Engineers and Cromwell Architects build the three-story mixed-use Argenta Place at 301 Main. The building will include six luxury condos, commercial space and, at street level, Cregeen’s, an Irish restaurant and pub.
The Enclave at the Riverfront
This 260-unit, upscale apartment high rise recently received building permits and is under construction. It’s being developed by the Houston-based Bomasada Group. The company said it will begin leasing in the next few months.
North Bluffs is a proposed development that would use new urban design principles, featuring a mix of single family homes and town homes with some office and retail. The development, which is proposed for land west of the new Dickey-Stephens baseball park, would be pedestrian friendly and attractive to a mixture of single professionals, young families and older residents.
The North Little Rock City Council recently approved an architectural overlay district for the property. Little Rock attorney and project developer Lisa Ferrell said she expects to submit a preliminary design plan to the city after the first of the year.
Developer and Little Rock attorney Sam Perroni received design approval from the North Little Rock Historic Commission in July for his project, which will be a mixture of condominiums, retail and office. Perroni said he is now waiting for the results of an environmental study on the property, and barring the need for any major remediation on the site, expects to start construction within three months of receiving the report.
