NO EXCUSES – Breast Health Education Series
Free Seminar October 12

“Give Yourself a Hand,” an informative and interactive demonstration for monthly self-breast exams, will be presented by the Washington Regional Cancer Support Home as the October installment of the Breast Health Education Series.

Susan Earnest, RN, Breast Care Navigator at Washington Regional, will teach the seminar. Susan is a certified MammaCare® instructor in self-breast exam, and this session will benefit any woman who wants to take a proactive, educated stance in her breast health. This free program will be held on Thursday, October 12, at the Cancer Support Home in Fayetteville. The one-hour session will begin at noon, and a light lunch will be served.

This Breast Health Education Series is offered in an effort to stress the importance of education about issues related to breast cancer, and is made available through a grant from the Ozark Affiliate of the Susan G. Komen Ozark Race for the Cure ®.
Women who would like to attend the seminar may call the Cancer Support Home at (479) 521-8024 in Fayetteville to register. The Cancer Support Home in Fayetteville, a service of Washington Regional, is located at 1101 N. Woolsey Ave.

The Cancer Support Home, Washington Regional Medical Foundation and the Ozark Affiliate of the Susan G. Komen Ozark Race for the Cure make the NO EXCUSES project possible.
