Niki Ciccotelli Steward, the chief engagement officer at Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, will give a talk tonight at the Arkansas Arts Center about the Bachman-Wilson house now on the grounds of Crystal Bridges.

The house was designed by Frank Lloyd Wright in the affordable "Usonian" style, and is one of only 120 he designed. He designed them without basements or attics and with flat roofs, targeting the middle-income market.  The Bachman-Wilson house, designed in 1954 for a family living on the banks of the Millstone River in New Jersey, was sold to Crystal Bridges in 2014, disassembled and moved to the museum grounds last year. It opened to the public on Nov. 11, the museum's fourth anniversary.

The Architecture and Design Network talk is at 6 p.m.; a reception at 5:30 p.m. will precede the talk.
