More than 30 artists in booths along three blocks of North Little Rock's Main Street, open only to pedestrian traffic. Live music. Artists demonstrating techniques. Hands-on art activities, including printmaking and caricatures. A collaborative paint-by-number project for kids and adults. Local businesses catering to the crowds.

Yes, Argenta will come alive Saturday when the 3rd annual THEA Arts Festival occupies three blocks of downtown North Little Rock. The festival runs 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.; the trolley will run in case you want to hop over to the Literary Festival on the south side of the river for a minute.
