annual auction of eggy art and other items on Friday. The auction begins at 7 p.m. at the Jack Stephens Center on the campus of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Nice building, great eggs and other fancier items, music by Rodney Block and the Real Music Lovers
, hors d'oeuvres, dancing and, yes, parking!
Youth Home provides residential and community services to troubled adolescents and families dealing with mental illness. The organization was featured in the Times' 2013 philanthropy issue
Tickets are $50 to the event. You can get a jump on the bidding by going to the website
and pulling down from the shop items tab; items that will be at the event for more bidding have a star.
