Here's a little art history for Black History Month, which Mosaic Templars is celebrating: Campbell is the latest descendant in a line of fine African-American artists from Pine Bluff inspired by geometrical color. First, there was former UAPB instructor Tarrence Corbin
, who died in 2009 after gaining national acclaim:
Corbin was succeeded by Kevin Cole
, who is also known nationally:
Kevin Cole, "Color Music"
