No better way to keep warm than to snuggle up with some of your favorite food from one of your favorite restaurants around town. If you’ve been able to brave the elements this week, getting out there to chow down, we’d love to hear what you’re eating.
So let’s feedback, folks. Last week on FFF we heard got some reviews of a number of places around town.
Steve really got out and about and reports on Spinelli’s in Mena, stating it “would be a good restaurant anywhere in Arkansas, and their spaghetti and meatballs was superb. Some of the better meatballs I’ve ever eaten, chock full of beef, Italian sausage and fennel.” Hugh Mann had a good experience at Taziki’s on Cantrell, reporting on the “the grilled tenderloin, which was served with horseradish sauce, a Greek salad, and basmati rice. I loved every bite of it, and there was nothing but silverware left on the plate.” Kevin gives us the scoop on the “steamed buns at Mr. Chen’s…nothing special but it’s nice to be able to get my fix. Now…the beef chow fun…that is fantastic.” Mordy also reported on Mr. Chen’s and tells us about a wonderful bowl of soup, perfect for this weather. She “headed to Mr. Chens at lunch for their Szechuan Beef Stew Noodle Soup. Pieces of roast, bok choy, cilantro and noodles in beef broth. The beef was fine (although a little fatty for my taste), but the real star was the rich and spicy broth. You could give me a bowl of the broth with the noodles, and I’d be a happy camper. Warmed me right up.”
Lot’s more to read about here. But let’s hear what you’ve got for us this week.
