Netflix sent out an e-mail today saying they've made the third season of the TLC reality show "My Strange Addiction" available for instant viewing. In addition to being possibly the guiltiest of guilty-pleasure TV, the third season has a local connection: an Arkansas man named Nathaniel who loves his car.
No, it's not that he spends all weekend waxing it and polishing the spinning rims. I mean he is IN LOVE with his car... as in: "You're a very freaky Ford, the kind you don't take home to mutha." The car, a bright red Chevy Monte Carlo which goes by "Chase", apparently reciprocates the love by communicating with the owner telepathically.
Seen above is the moment in which the Nathaniel admits to his father that he likes to put the "auto" in "autoerotic." If you go frame-by-frame, you can actually see the moment when his dad fights the urge to shove his fingers in his ears, roll into a fetal position, and shout "I AM NOT LISTENING!" over and over until his kid goes away.
