This is something I would really like to see: Glass objects by James Hayes spread about at 13 different locations at Garvan Gardens. Hayes created 225 glass objects for “Splash of Glass: A James Hayes Art Glass Installation,” which runs through September, including the glass balls for the koi pond (above), glass onions for the arbor, and glass mushrooms, vines and flowers. (I wouldn't have put the glass flower below behind metal chains, but that's just me. Perhaps high and out of reach if it's to be protected?) Now would be a good time to go, before it gets so hot the blown glass melts.
