Arkansas Times, Root Cafe, Beard-Growing Contest

OK, all of you who are hirsute of face and competitive of spirit: The Root Cafe and the Arkansas Times are putting on a beard-growing competition, and the shave-in approacheth.

Categories for the competition include the following: longest beard; thickest beard; most original beard; and best Abraham Lincoln (no mustache). Winners will be determined by The Ancient Council of Beard-Judging Elders (or someone), who shall hand down the verdicts at the South Main Mardi Gras celebration Saturday, Feb. 9, 2013.
