“A Voice through the Viewfinder: Images of Arkansas’ Black Community by Ralph Armstrong,” an exhibition of photographs by
Ralph Armstrong, opens with a reception — tonight through 7:30 p.m. — at the Mosaic Templars Cultural Center at Ninth and Broadway.
Armstrong, who was also a musician, worked for 50 years in Little Rock, capturing the life of the African-American community.
