Chef Lee Richardson, a veteran of both Emeril Lagasse’s in New Orleans and more locally, Ashley’s in the Capital Hotel, will speak at the Clinton School on Thursday, August 2. He’ll discuss the nuances of American cuisine as a whole and the social responsibility to preserve Arkansas’s culture through food.
