  • There’s a big rock show aboard the Arkansas Queen this evening.

Late notice on this one, but there’s a big-ass rockin’ boat party on the Arkansas Queen tonight. It’s a bon voyage to Captain Justin Edge, who has steered the good ship through many a throw-down over the last few years. Edge is departing for Chicago this month and this’ll be his last cruise.

There’ll be a literal boatload of excellent live music from Adam Faucett, Laundry for the Apocalypse, Booyah! Dad and Self Defence Sistem. Of course, you’ll also be able to enjoy the sights and sounds of an evening on the river, augmented by the libation of your choice.

Tickets are $15 and the ship sets forth at 10:30 p.m. but you should get there probably no later than 10 p.m. Tickets will be sold at the door and online right here, or you can call 501-372-5777. Attendance will be cut off at 300, and they’ve already sold quite a few, so don’t dilly-dally on this if you wanna go.
