At Clear Channel tonight is the metal core quintet Five Finger Death Punch, hailing from Los Angeles and unsoftened by mainstream success. They’re joined by All That Remains. The all-ages show is sold out, but it’s a big night and you may be able to get your fill of embittered, heavy metal nihilism from somebody hawking tickets at the door.
Taking the stage at Copeland’s is local staple Lucious Spiller Band at 6 p.m.
They haven’t stopped yet: Conway jammers Don’t Stop Please, with 1 Oz. Jig, return to White Water; they play at 10 p.m. for donations.
And, last but never least, it’s karaoke all over town. Sing your heart out at Prost, Cornerstone Pub & Grill, Denton’s Trotline, and the Town Pump, for free and at 8 p.m.
