It's Gallery Walk night tonight between 5 and 9 p.m. in Hot Springs. New: work by Lee Oskar at Blue Moon Fine Art Gallery, 718 Central Ave. Oskar is known both as a musician (with the band War, which recorded "Why Can't We Be Friends" among other hits) and a painter. On exhibit are his acrylics inspired by his travels through the Pacific Northwest. Oskar will be at the reception; maybe he'll play harmonica for everyone. That's worth a trip over from LR; folks in Hot Springs have no excuse to miss it.
Also catch work by Alison Parsons (Alison Parsons Gallery, 802 Central Ave.); Dolores Justus, Cynthia Bowers, Robyn Horn (Justus Fine Art, 827 A Central); Houston Llew (Gallery Central, 800 Central) and the regulars at American Art Gallery and Gallery 726.
