The pasta has already been prepared, rolled and dried for weeks now. Photographer Grav Weldon went up there yesterday morning to capture the sauce making process in action. Thousands of the dinners will be served at $10 a pop ($5 for kids) over the three days of dining. First feast is tomorrow 4:30-8:30 p.m.; it'll be repeated Friday and Saturday. I know from my own experience that there will be a line out the door and around the festival to get in. I also know it will be very, very hot, so be careful. Want to know more about the festival?
