There are many who believe it's far too soon to pass the Russellville burger crown from mainstay Feltner's Whatta-Burger to CJ's Butcher Boy Burgers... and some who say it's already happened. Whatever choice you make, you can't escape the fact that CJ's is using fresh ground chuck, or that the French fries are still potatoes when you walk in the door.
