A new restaurant/bar, Bill Street, open for lunch since Monday, opens their doors after hours for the first time tonight. It's a couple blocks down from the clump of River Market Bars, at 614 President Clinton, beside the Clinton Museum Store.  Music by Little Rock Jazz Quintet starts at 9 p.m.
