I made my way to Dardanelle this weekend for the 61st Annual Mount Nebo Chicken Fry. I was surprised that the chicken in question wasn't all fried, as it was years ago when I last attended the pretty little community event atop Mount Nebo... but the marinated goodness of the proffered chicken leg with my $5 meal was enough to make me stop craving breaded and deep fried goodness.
