Bear Colony.

Local indie collective Bear Colony headlines at Juanita's with All the Day Holiday, 9 p.m., $7.

From the Ardent Records camp in Memphis comes Star and Micey, a new indie band that blends pop and soul. They've gotten some buzz. At least to these ears, they sound a lot like Kris Allen sans slick production. Take that for what you will, Vino's, 8 p.m.

It's Old School Night at White Water with Ivan Yarbrough, Charles Woods, Nick Devlin and John Miller, 9 p.m., $5.

Young punks Confide, Agraceful, Memphis Mayfire and the Romantic Tragedy come as "The Thriller Tour" to the Village, 7 p.m., $14.

As usual, the Lucious Spiller Band is at Sticky Fingerz, 9:30 p.m., $5.

This is new: DJs GMoney and Sway host a night of karaoke and dance at Star Bar, 9 p.m., free.
