The New York Times Arts Beat Blog has a short piece today
about how actress Hope Davis
is preparing to play Hillary Clinton
in "The Special Relationship,"
the third part of screenwriter Peter Morgan's Tony Blair trilogy ("The Deal" and "The Queen" came before). Distinctive titles apparently not Morgan's strong suit.
There's pictures of her in make-up, too. Almost a dead ringer, I think. Particularly once she dons a wig and gets into some pantsuits.
Part of the movie will show what went on with the Clintons (Dennis Quaid plays Bill) behind closed doors during the Monica Lewinsky affair.
