Saturday night, I missed Brother Andy and His Big Damn Band, but I heard they have a punk rock sound, which fit in well with the night’s line up. White Water favorite Jonathan Wilkins appeared second, with guest performers on drums and bass to back him up. With a distorted guitar and those backing players, Wilkins kicked out a blues-rock sound not far removed from the the Black Keys. Memphis rockers River City Tanlines headlined. Front woman Alicja Trout dominated the stage with a bold, white Flying V guitar, screaming vocals and pair of worn out, rubber clogs to compliment her dress. The woman knows how to grab attention. I have to say that.
