Ludwig.

As it does once a month now, Little Rock's finest jazz act, the Ted Ludwig Jazz Trio, offers two gigs, at the Capital Bar, 5 p.m., free, and at the Afterthought, 8 p.m., $5.

If you're single, ready to mingle and not ashamed to pay for it, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arkansas is auctioning off local singles — typically “celebrity” types — at “Rockin' Singles in the City” at Revolution. A DJ set follows, 6:30 p.m., $25 (includes a drink).

At White Water, wild-out garage rockers Ace Spade and the Whores of Babylon do their thing, 10 p.m., $5.

At Satellite, Jim Hunnicutt's pop-rock band Silver Swirly plays a free show, 9 p.m. Cancelled.

Tulsa's Full Flava Kings blend soul originals with covers that range from blues to reggae at Cajun's, 9 p.m., $5.

The Travs start a weekend-long series with the Drillers, 7:10 p.m., $6-$10.
