Perhaps the finest rock 'n' roll cover band in modern times is at Sticky Fingerz tonight. The Detroit Cobras, one of the first garage acts to come out of the Detroit scene, has featured an evolving line-up over the years, but lead singer Rachel Nagy has remained the one constant. The Dexter Romweber Duo opens, 9 p.m., $10 adv., $12 d.o.s.

The Dunbar Community is raising its windmill today around 5 p.m. The group says it's the first for Little Rock.

Nashville rockers the Blacklist Royals headline at WWT with Zucara, 10 p.m., $5.

Circa 76 hosts Dallas hardcore act Decades along with Choices Made, All Teeth, Losing Sleep and Jungle Juice, 8 p.m., $5 (all ages).

And more.
