Ted Parkhurst, who co-founded August House (and sold it in 2005) and currently serves as the publisher of Butler Center Books, has launched a new publishing venture. Parkhurst Brothers’ first title, Collins Andrews’ “Listen to Your Work” (paperback, $14.95), was recently released. Andrews, who helped build Systematics Inc. and Alltel Information Services, offers job advice to young or transitioning professionals in the book. Look for at least five more titles from the new publisher in early 2009.
