The Belly Boy, dear reader, is an aficionado of Taco Trucks. But you probably already guessed that.
On a cold day, the Tacos El Cha Pulin truck at 65th and University hits the spot (sorry for the fuzzy pic- the weather was not cooperating).
Beef tacos at $1.25 each. Comes with limes, two grilled peppers, a grilled onion, and two hot sauces.
The $4 burrito comes with rice and beans.
Taking a peek inside...
This could very well be the best burrito I have found in town. Or maybe it was the dreary weather that made the warm and soft tortilla seem that much better. Its stuffed with onions, peppers, beef, rice, beans, tomatoes, and some herbs. The hot sauce is just that- HOT (but tasty). Put this taco stand on your "to do" list. They're open from 10-9 every day.
