Dunno about you, but I’m partial to Adam’s catfish on the corner of Cantrell and Cross in Little Rock.  Went there for lunch today.  Two piece lunch with fries, hush puppies, and slaw or beans is six bucks.  The long line speaks for itself.  The catfish fillets are cooked to perfection and always seem to be piping hot.  The baked beans are to die for- zesty and smoky at the same time.  Best hushpuppies in the state as far as I’m concerned.
