Pop over to Flyway Brewing, 314 Maple St. in Argenta, for pork belly hash and more on Sunday, March 12, when Raduno Brick Oven and Barroom takes over the brewery’s kitchen for a 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. pop up brunch.

Along with Flyway beer hash and pork belly, the menu will include biscuits and gravy, French toast, fennel sausage fritattas and burrata (mozzarella) served with Flyway Raspberry Ale and pancetta jam. Beer and beermosas, Bloody Marys and Bloody Beers (Flyway Decoy Strong Ale with Revolution Habanero Bloody Mary Mix) are brunch libation offerings.

Raduno is sending kitchen manager Liv Thompson and operations director Abbey Rolfe to the brewery’s kitchen.
