The latest in our series of Eat Arkansas videos, a collaboration between the Times and Camp Friday Films, is a look at a new project from wunderkind baker Ashton Woodward. Somehow between running a growing wholesale bakery and opening a new cafe in Bryant, he's found time to launch an ambitious artisan chocolate startup, Cocoa Rouge.

I'm allergic to chocolate, but the half dozen people I've been around who've tried it have raved between bites. Boxes of six, 12 and 24 different varieties are available at these local retailers
