Our annual Arkansas Times Heritage Hog Roast is on the horizon. The cook-off at the Argenta Farmers Market in North Little Rock is scheduled for 5 p.m. Saturday, May 3. Tickets are $25 in advance, or $30 at the door and include pig meat and sides from the roasters and live music from Memphis’ Ghost Town Blues BandRunaway Planet and The Salty Dogs. Proceeds benefit the Argenta Arts District.
