UPDATE: I got some more info. Gerald Lambert and Gerald West are the owners. Texarkana native Justin Williams is the executive chef. He has a culinary degree from Cordon Bleu and, in addition to restaurant gigs in Memphis and Miami, served as the executive chef for one of the last presidential debates.

The hours, at least initially, are 11 a.m. until close Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. until close on Saturday and 10 a.m. until close on Sunday. The phone number, now working, is 246-4340

Hibernia, a new Irish restaurant and pub owned by two guys named Gerry with Irish pub experience in New York, opened last night at 9700 North Rodney Parham, the former location of Legends and scores of other restaurants and bars.

One of our staffers happened by and said the fish and chips, i.e. the standard by which an Irish pub should be judged, were good.

The phone number listed on Hibernia’s website is currently disconnected, so I can’t tell you what the hours are.
