CRIME SCENE: Where bodies were found.

UPDATE: Little Rock police have now identified Jamika Lewis, 33, and her son Ja’Shun Watson, 2, as the two people found dead on an apartment complex parking lot Thursday morning. An infant was also found in a vehicle nearby, they revealed today.

The bodies were found about 7:30 a.m. Thursday on the parking lot of the Eagle Hill Apartments at 25 Par Drive, northwest of Baseline and Stagecoach Roads near Otter Creek.

The victims were found lying in front of building 25. Police were called when a passerby said attempts to wake them failed. They apparently died from gunshot wounds. Officers also found an infant in a vehicle next to the victims who was taken to Children’s Hospital for a checkup.

A police release offered no further details or information on potential suspects.
