Heh. Former state representative John Burris apparently saw a certain former state senator parking outside the federal courthouse. Based on the seniority he had when he was in the senate, this was Henry “Hank” Wilkins IV, a former Democratic legislator from Pine Bluff who pleaded guilty on April 30 to conspiring to accept over $80,000 in bribes in exchange for influencing legislation.
