magazine have won the Pulitzer Prize for public service for their series of sexual harassment stories
that prompted the #MeToo movement, and the Times and The Washington Post won the Pulitzer for national reporting for their work uncovering possible ties between President Trump's campaign team and Russia
The Post also won a Pulitzer
for its investigative reporting for its revelations about the sexual misconduct of Alabama Republican Senate candidate Roy Moore

The Times' sexual harassment reporting, which started with coverage of Fox News anchor Bill O'Reilly
and was followed by revelations about Hollywood film mogul Harvey Weinstein,
triggered an avalanche of news about harassment of women in the workplace.
The Times won a third Pulitzer for a series of editorial cartoons on Syrian refugees.
