Attorney General Leslie Rutledge
today filed a lawsuit against an on-line candy business based in Little Rock for failing to deliver orders.

The suit names Treatsie LLC and its owners, Keith Hoelzeman and Jamie Walden. A release from Rutledge said the company sold monthly, quarterly and yearly subscriptions for gourmet candy, but failed to deliver some orders, delivered others months late and failed to make refunds.

Complaints began in 2015. Rutledge said the company failed to refund consumers for 5,712 orders, including 145 in Arkansas, worth an estimated $154,644.

The lawsuit seeks, among others, restitution for consumers and civil penalties.
