Arkansas Business reports that Louis Cella will succeed his late father as president of Oaklawn Jockey Club and the company that owns the Hot Springs racetrack and casino. Charles Cella died earlier this month.

His brother, John, will succeed his father as president of the family’s Southern Real Estate and Financial Co.

Louis Cella lives in a St. Louis suburb. He’s a University of Arkansas Law School graduate and has already become active in thoroughbred racing organizations.
