Celeste believes that children, seniors, and working families should not lose their healthcare coverage. She believes supporting teachers and affordable, quality childcare and early learning learning programs are necessary to improve education, help working families, and spur wage growth in Arkansas. She will be a compassionate, accessible, service oriented leader, always putting constituent needs first and finding time to listen and engage one on one.The release said Celeste and her husband Kirk have lived in Northwest Arkansas for 15 years. They live on 10 acres at the edge of Bella Vista with two biological children and three foster children in Bentonville schools. They also raise chickens, peacocks, guinea, ducks, rabbits, two dogs, a cat, and a canary. Celeste is a 2002 graduate of Southern Nazarene University and a 2010 graduate of the University of Arkansas for Medical Services College of Nursing.
