17 to go to work as director of state and local communications in the Trump White House.
It won't require any ideological reset. Rutledge has been a frequent and impassioned defender of Trump policies.
Deere, a Lyon College graduate, has spent his working life in political posts, with jobs for Sen. John Boozman, Sen. Mike Crapo
and Lt. Gov. Tim Griffin. He's worked for Rutledge since she took office in 2015.
