The U.S. Supreme Court today said
it would review a case from Wisconsin that says legislative district boundaries were drawn unconstitutionally to benefit Republicans.
It's a big deal, the first partisan gerrymandering case in more than a decade. And the results of partisan gerrymandering are clear in election
of a heavily Republican Congress despite overall U.S. votes for Democratic over Republican candidates.
UPDATE: This analysis isn't hopeful t
hat the conservative-tilted court will do right.
