The 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals,
not known for its liberalism, voted 10-3 to
keep in place an injunction against Donald Trump's attempt to ban travelers
from certain Muslim-majority countries.

You'll note that Arkansas Attorney General Leslie Rutledge
, with not enough to keep her busy at home, had included this on her list of national buttinski work. It was not enough to carry the day for Trump.
