You can get trampled getting between Sen. Tom Cotton
and a national TV camera (local reporters aren't so avidly sought, other than the politically compliant type). But since the Donald Trump
fired FBI Director James Comey,
the man leading the investigation of Russian involvement with the Trump campaign, Cotton has been in social media silence.
When last spouting off,
Cotton was heard Tuesday at a Senate hearing defending Trump and more or less suggesting any Russian hacking could be blamed on Hillary Clinton
and Barack Obama.
UPDATE: Tom Cotton fired up his Twitter account this morning.
* One invited people to tune into a banking subcommittee hearing.
* Another objected to the World Health Organization's exclusion of Taiwan from a meeting.
Somebody get him a copy of that NY Times article on Comey getting fired after asking for money to expand the Russian probe.
