The Little Rock City Board has on its agenda a staff proposal to limit parking of boats and camper trailers on streets.

The proposal, reportedly in response to citizen complaints:

For purposes of this section, boats, boat trailers and camping trailers are prohibited from being parked/stored in the public right-of-way for a period exceeding twenty-four (24) hours. This does not include motorized or self-propelled recreational vehicles
A write-up for the City Board notes that the Planning Commission approved the change 9-0 and no objections had been received to the rule change. The proposal is filed for Tuesday's meeting to set the agenda for a future meeting.
