Josh Berry of KARK reports that an arrest has been made in the slaying of Harvel Sieber, 47, at an east side detail shop.

He reports that Corey Williams Jr., 19, has been arrested for capital murder in the death Nov. 15. A $10,000 reward had been offered.

The sheriff's office indicates Williams has also been charged with robbery, battery, failure to appear in a North Little Rock court and theft by receiving, also in North Little Rock.

Sieber was at Heinz Detail Shop at 815 E. Capitol Avenue  when another man asked Sieber to direct a woman to a restroom. The woman pulled a gun and fired, according to reports at the time. Sieber tried to return fire, but was fatally wounded. Another man, Mitchell Hines, also was wounded. The woman fled. Witnesses reported seeing occupants in cars nearby that also fled the scene.

Williams was arrested in a traffic stop early today by North Little Rock police, who found he was wanted on warrants.

Little Rock police said they have issued warrants for others in this case, but have not identified them.
