Here's the free feedbag report for the Arkansas legislature this week, to the extent we know full legislative events. Many more nominally legal committee events are likely in store, too, but they are not always available for public inspection. And indications grow that some lobbyists are flouting the Constitutional Amendment that supposedly prohibited free wining and dining for legislators except through massive loopholes carved by the legislature.

This week's dining guide:

TODAY:

Reception, 5-7 p.m., Next Level Events, Northwest Arkansas Chamber of Commerce.

TUESDAY

Lunch, 11 a.m., Capitol Hill Apartments, Arkansas Cable Telecommunications Association.

Reception, 4:30 p.m., Next Level Events, Shelter Insurance.

Reception, 5:30, Ron Robinson Theater, Department of Arkansas Heritage/Arkansas Food Hall of Fame Committee.

Reception, 6 p.m., Capitol Hill Apartments, University of Arkansas System Division of Agriculture Cooperative Extension Service Professional Associations

Reception, 6:30 p.m., Oyster Bar, hoss are  Arkansas Optometric Association / Capitol Partners / Century Link / Entergy / Perimeter Group / Government Solutions / Justin Allen / Debra Sheppard

WEDNESDAY

Breakfast, 8:30 a.m., Capitol rotunda, Friends of Arkansas State Archives.

Lunch, 11:30 a.m., Association of Arkansas Counties building, Arkansas Legislative Sportsman's Caucus.

THURSDAY
Lunch, 11 a.m., Capitol Hill Apartments, American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.

UPDATE:

Here are a couple of committee events. The smaller crowds generally get higher dollar treatment.

WEDNESDAY

Dinner, Brave New Restaurant, for House and Senate Public Health committees, by Arkansas Blue Cross/Blue Shield.

Dinner, Arthur's Steakhouse, for Senate Agriculture, Forestry and Economic Development Committee, by AT&T.
