Tony Blair, the former British prime minister, is to speak in Little Rock in the Frank and Kula Kumpuris Distinguished Lecture series. The program is set for noon July 15.

The venue has not been announced.  Events in the past for some speakers have been moved from the home at the Clinton Presidential Center to the Statehouse Convention Center to allow for a bigger audience. The events are by invitation and free, but RSVP is required. Details are to come later on availability of seats.
